• Excellent communication skills: essential for conveying information clearly, warmly, and enthusiastically, while adapting to diverse audiences.
• Cultural and historical knowledge: interest and ability to share relevant facts and curiosities about local history, culture, and traditions.
• Language proficiency: sufficient level to conduct guided tours for both individual clients and groups. Additional language skills will be highly valued.
• Education: studies in Tourism, History, Art History, or Geography are a plus but not mandatory.
